Willow Turns 4

We had Willow's 4th birthday party today and it went from sun up to sun down. CW and I spent 10 hours making her Tangled themed cake this year and every minute was worth it. She woke up today, came down stairs, saw the cake and said, "This is the best cake EVER!!!" While she was marveling at the cakes awesome beauty we snuck her giant Barbie house into her room. Thanks to Mimi and Monkey, Willow and Harper have the most amazing dollhouse man has ever laid eyes upon. Look for it in the slide show. So we walked Wills upstairs and unvieled her big surprise and she flipped out! She's been playing with the house all day. We got her dressed in her Rapunzel gown, braided her hair and clipped it with some flowers, because that's how Rapunzel's hair is in the movie, then started the party. G&G Popp came out to help celebrate and brought Willow a really cool Wii game. She was excited about it because it allows you to play as Princess Peach. We all ate a little Subway then went out back to play in the snow. Once we'd had our snow fun we headed back inside for a little Wii time. Grilled cheese, tots, broccoli and strawberries were on the dinner menu, as requested by Miss Willow, then tons and tons of cake and ice cream for dessert. Willow made sure to eat Rapunzel's head first. Oh what a day. Our baby girl has turned 4 years old and we honestly don't know where the time went. She is writing her name, doing simple math, dancing her butt off in Ballet, about to start spring soccer and will begin Preschool in the fall. Our little girl is growing up and proving to be every bit the princess we knew she would be. So here's to Willow. Happy 4th Birthday!
