Purple Belt

Last week Roman and I tested for and recieved our purple belts in TKD. We are now exactly half way to our black belts. We have a tournament coming up the second weekend of November. It will be Roman's second time to compete and my first. I am a little nervous but mostly just ready to see if I will get my ass handed to me or come out victorious. Wish us luck. Willow has been helping me decide how to decorate her new room. We are going to put Harper and Willow together very soon and move Roman to his own room, so Willow has been trying to convince me that her and Harper's room should be pink. Walls, curtains, sheets, comforter, pictures, lamps, rugs....PINK! We'll see what happens but I am really hoping some part of Harper even remotely likes pink. Roman's room will be nothing but Super Mario. We are all excited about giving the girls a pink haven and giving Roman is own man space. Harper is an animal whisperer. She goes around the house sitting next to each of our pets, stroking their backs ever so gently, and "talking" to them. They all seem to like her so it works. She is cutting some of her back molars right now, so some days are a little crankier than others. She can only say a handful of words but loves to gibber jabber all day long. We are all doing pretty good and just waiting for Halloween to get here. Hopefully we won't have snow that night! Enjoy the pics of our purple belt, our pink princess, and our gibber jabber.
